Baby Bump Diary: Week 21
What's Up With Little B

News is pretty much nil this week. I'm feeling great and baby is kicking and squirming away.
I noticed I have a few areas where my gums bleed, so as usual I will write a post about this later in the week. Good dental health during pregnancy is important.
I've continued walking daily for exercise. I'm visiting my mom this week, so long nature walks looking at incredible vistas have been keeping me active and helping me to think.
I learned that my tilted uterus could cause my little B to be breached, so like I said last week, I'm going to have a little chat with the doctor to make sure things are closely monitored and we can try and turn the baby if this is the case.
I've added extra Iron and Vitamin C to my diet by drinking 1 cup of hot water with the juice from 1 lemon and 1 tbsp of Unsulphured Blackstrap Molasses. I noticed my energy levels increased slightly about 3 days after I started, so I will continue drinking this throughout my pregnancy.
Most of my food "intolerances" have now gone away and I have a hearty appetite. I find myself eating about every 2 hours, so it's important to have snacks on hand. Check out my article later this week for healthy snacks in the 2nd trimester, it's going to be delicious.
Preparing For Baby
I headed to the USA with my mom and sister yesterday to look for maternity clothes for me and things for baby. I was a good girl and didn't spend too much money. I got a few maternity items for summer and a chair that I can put little B in so I can accomplish tasks around the house. I also found the prenatal vitamin I'm taking is $20 cheaper per bottle, so I picked up two.
